PEPCO SEAL PEPCO SEAL is an acrylic sealer, primarily formulated to fill and seal the natural porosity of certain types of flooring, such as linoleum, asphalt tile, vinyl asbestos, cork tile, terrazzo and vinyl tile. It also provides a smooth, hard durable surface upon which to apply finish coats of any very high quality water emulsion wax or resin.
