Rubber floorings are highly sensitive to strippers with a high pH value. Profi is neutral with a pH of 8, and is the perfect and safe product for thorough yet convenient removal of silicon and paraffin coatings.

Initial stripping after construction:
Product:
TASKI profi (neutral stripper pH 8)
Dilution:
10-30 ounces per gallon of lukewarm water

This is a one time job
Application:
Smaller Surfaces:
Apply the solution evenly with a single disc machine equipped with water tank and soft nylon brush.
Let the solution act for 15-20 minutes.
Scrub with single disc machine and soft nylon brush.
Wet vac residual water.
Fill clear water in tank, rinse with single disc machine and soft nylon brush.
Wet vac residual water and let flooring dry between 1-2 hours
Larger surfaces:
Same procedure as above but with automatic scrubbers.

Daily maintenance:
Alternative 1:
Polish with 175 R.P.M. single disc machine with white or red pad.
Alternative 2:
Wet cleaning with an automatic scrubber.
Use TASKI profi - dilution: 2-4 oz./gal

Coating with an acrylic floor finish:
Product:
TASKI vision matte.
Procedure:
Apply finish with a mop.
Allow a 20-30 minute drying time.
Once dry, a second application would be advantageous.

Maintenance of coated floors:
a) Dry cleaning:
Polish with 175 R.P.M. single disc machine equipped with a soft nylon brush (smaller surfaces) or polish with sweeper (larger surfaces).
b) Wet cleaning:
Scrub with a single disc machine or an automatic scrubber.

Coating renewal:
Depending upon intensity of traffic and appearance requested, the basic treatment can be renewed as follows:
Application:
Scrub with TASKI profi - 2 oz./gal
Rise and let floor dry
Mop on TASKI vision matte.

Stripping:
After 1 year, a stripping job may be necessary.
Application:
Spread out a solution of Action No-Rinse Stripper (8-10 oz./gal)
Let it act for 10 minutes.
Scrub with floor machine and soft nylon brush.
Remove with wet vacuum and rinse.
After the floor is dry, mop on a new coating of TASKI vision matte

WIWAX
Cleaning and maintenance emulsion. TASKI Wiwax contains detergent, waxes and polymers to effectively clean and maintain PVC, rubber, linoleum, asphalt, marble or slate flooring. The unique blend of ingredients cleans away the soil and leaves behind a protective film that is both water-proof and non slip.
Dilution rate: 2-4oz per gallon of water.

VISION MATTE
Silky-matte shine floor finish. TASKI Vision Matte floor finish maintains a low gloss in areas where high shine is detrimental, e.g., nursing homes, hospitals, synthetic gym floors, etc. Vision Matte is highly recommedned on linoleum and rubber floors, but is also ideal for use on vinyl, PVC, natural and artificial stone floorings, and sealed wood floors. 2000 sq.ft. per gallon coverage.
